TheHobbitMovieSwords.com and its parent company, NGW (herein named "Vendor") does not warrant that any entity may legally purchase, possess, sell or carry any items offered for sale. It is the responsibility of the Customer to abide by and comply with state, federal and local law. By buying these items, the Customer certifies that he is in compliance with all federal, state and local law. The Customer also warrants that he is legally permitted to buy these items and that he understands and agrees to all website terms and conditions.

All swords and movie replicas for sale on this website are not intended to be used for reenactment nor are they considered battle-ready. These are movie replicas designed for display purposes only. Any other type of use is dangerous. Using these swords and collectibles in any other manner will void the warranty and endanger the user.

Shipping Types:

All orders are transported via FedEx. Tracking information is automatically emailed once available. In order to receive tracking and order information, a valid email address is required during the purchasing process. Typical delivery time is five to ten business days, depending on shipping location.

Shipments to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and foreign military address such as APOs and FPOs will incur additional shipping charges. The estimated additional charge will be quoted in the Sales Tax/Location Rate field during checkout. This is an estimate. If shipping charges are greater than the quoted amount, the Customer shall be notified with the revised rate.

Backordered Items:

As many of these items are limited edition and highly collectible, it is possible that some items may be on backorder. Your credit card will not be charged until the item is in stock and ready to ship. You will be notified of the backordered piece and offered a free placement service. When the item is restocked, you will be informed of the restock and if any price changes have occured. If approved, your order will be charged and shipped. Standard flat rate shipping charges will apply on all backordered items.

Return Policy:

Return Requests must be submitted at Customer Service Website within 14 days of delivery.
All returns require a Return Authorization Form from Customer Service to be processed.
Actual Shipping charge, without discount, is non-refundable once the order has shipped.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
There will be a 25% processing fee on all standard returns, refused or undeliverable items.
No refunds will be issued on used, damaged or items not returned in original packaging.
We are not responsible for items returned without authorization.
